Description	Photograph of La Brea Avenue south from 20th Street prior to paving on 100-foot lines, ca.1920-1929. A vacant dirt lot can be seen in the foreground, while an unpaved road can be seen down center past the lot. One-story homes with grass lawns in front border both sides of the road. A few automobiles are visible parked on the side of the road, while utility poles can be seen throughout. Mountains are visible in the distance. Compares to USC-0-1-1-584, a view after the new pavement.
