Two men stand in the corner, at right, seemingly awaiting their next patient. They are both dressed as medical professionals and are standing in what appears to be an infirmary. At center, an operating table with visible hand restraints is present. The rest of the room is occupied by various cabinets and tray-tables that seem to contain medical apparatus. Behind the men, there is a door which leads into a room with a visible sink.
