The house is at left and is a large, two-story Victorian building with a covered porch on the left side. It has a fence around a flat section of the roof and a manicured lawn in front. A driveway leads to a carriage house at right, and a horse-drawn carriage is in front of the outbuilding. The yard is fenced in by a low iron fence. Picutre file card mentions Downtown Businessmen's Association.
