The freeway runs from the foreground at right to the background at left and passes over a bridge held up by a series of archways. The railroad tracks run from left to right, where they disappear under another bridge. A long train can be seen at center. Several automobiles are visible as they move at high speed down the highway. A collection of small buildings can be seen near the tracks at center, while larger buildings are visible in the background. City Hall can be seen in the background at right. Compares to CHS-37307, which shows the same brige from a slightly different angle.
