A few people can be seen sitting on benches, while a tall clock-tower can be seen behind the plaza at right. A long four-story building with arches on the first story can be seen behind the plaza from the left towards the right background. A dome is visible on top of the building at its center.; In 1982, the plaza was renamed to Plaza Fuerza Aérea Argentina.
