Description	Photograph of an old hose cart drawn by man power in San Andreas, ca.1930. The hose is spun around a large, spool-like cart with two large, wooden wheels attached at either side. An intricate, metal piece sits on top with three shiny bells dangling below. Rope is spun on a second, thin spool in front of the hose where the cart has a long, metal appendage that extends to the left. The cement wall behind the cart is cracked and lines with metal poles and garbage. "This and an auto chemical engine constituted the town's fire department".
