A key and scale are provided.; Transcription: "Duflot de Mofras' plan of San Luis Rey Mission. Published for the first time in America, this plan, with the accompanying key, was originally printed in France in 1840. The granaries to which the stairways marked MM lead, naturally do not show, nor the surroundings of the main buildings and cloisters.
