Description	Photograph of an air-conditioned magnet testing booth at the Grayson Controls Division of the Robert Shaw Fulton Controls Company, Long Beach, 1950-1960. The long narrow room is at center, and four women are seated along the walls on either side at small workstations. The women are wearing light clothing and light scarves on their heads. A man can be seen standing in the back of the room, observing. The walls of the room are lined with large rectangular windows, and rows of florescent lights and air vents can be seen on the ceiling.
