Description	Central Park (Pershing Square, Sixth Street Park, Pershing Square) bandstand, Los Angeles, ca.1888. Hill Street entrance. A sidewalk meanders through the grassy lawn of the park. A bandstand is about 100 feet into the perspective. Trees and shrubs dot the park at pleasing intervals. The bell tower of a taller building is visible in the distance. Several people are in the park -- 2 people sit at a bench in the foreground, 3 men stand at a decorative fountain(?) near the bandstand, several people are in the bandstand, 1 man sits a a bench near the bandstand.
