Description	Photograph of the capitol building at Nogales, Mexico, ca.1900. In an oval cutout. The single-story brick building is constructed in a Greek revival style with pillars supporting roof nearly the entire circumference of the building. Over the main entry is a three-story clock tower with a flagpole on top. The state design of an eagle with a snake is pictured at the center of the eaves of the roof. There are a few houses on the mostly undeveloped low hills in the background. Several people are standing near the pillars.
