The top of the diamond is made by a portrait of Dr. W. W. Beckett. Below this portrait are the words "Board of". The second row of portraits is formed by images of Dr. Jno. H. Davison, Health Officer L. M. Powers, M.D., and Dr. S. S. Salisbury. The bottom tip of the diamond is formed by a portrait of Dr. E. R. Smith. All of the men are wearing jackets and bowties, and all have mustaches.
