Passengers are packed into the American-flag decorated cars, while others sit on and along a chain link fence to the left. A horse-drawn carriage makes its way down the bridge towards the camera in the right background. Horse droppings can be seen to the left on the bridge. A caption below the image identifies the cause for celebration.
