Photograph of birdseye view of the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company factory, showing surrounding residential area, ca.1930. The Goodyear factory is pictured at center, with the main entrance visible right of center. The complex consists of three main buildings : the left-most one has an "8" shape, the middle one is "L" shaped, and the one to the right is "I" shaped. The third building has a large arrow painted on the roof with the word "mines" inside it, just above another sign the reads "Good Year." A pair of railroad tracks lead from the middle building. A gas station is visible in the foreground surrounded by business and residential buildings. In the distance a stretch of what appear to be industrial use buildings are nearest to the factory, followed by another residential area. Compares to CHS-33139, which shows the same factory several years earlier.
