The two-story adobe stands at center with a multi-leveled roof covered in terracotta tiles, and featuring an arched, brick-decorated doorway. A cross extends from the top of the main roof. A smaller shack and the remains of a wall are pictured to the left along with some palm trees, while a portico extends out from the right side of the church. Mountains are visible in the left hand background. Chapman's signature is pictured underneath the image.
