Photograph of a drawing of a stagecoach belonging to the California and Oregon Stage Company, ca.1860. The coach is driven by two men, and passengers fill not only the interior compartment, but have found seats on the roof as well. Six horses are pulling the vehicle at a brisk trot. Beyond the coach is a waterfall, a valley full of pine trees, and in the distance is Mout Shasta. Signs on the stagecoach include "California & Oregon Stage Company" and "U.S. Mail". The proprietors of the stage company were Bradley Barlow, J.L. Sanderson, and James W. Parker.
