Description	Photograph of a chariot racing at Santa Anita Racetrack, ca.1950. Jockeys are sitting on individual chariots while a horse is straped to the vehicle carrying it towards the direction of the viewer. Each jockey is holding a whip on one hand and the horse's guiding straps on the other. They are all standing on a dirt track. Behind them, a white fence with tall lamps extend along the track. On the other side of the fence, houses and trees are noticeable. Mountain silhouettes are observable in the far background.
