Dear Sir:-
You  are  indebted  to Mr.A.Laszloffy of  the A rt Metal  Works,Los
Angeles,in the  sum of |86.23 on certain iron door frames*The
said   sum of money has  been due and payable   ever  since  June  13,
1921,but up  to  date you have failed  tc  pay same or any part  thereof.
Mr.Laszloffy has  placed thismatter into my hands and as his
attorney and on his  behalf,I hereby demand  that you  send me the
said  sum of $86.23 in payment of said claim in said  sum on or
before  the 14th day of Hrovember,1921.Unle ss you  adjust  thismatter
by prompt payment of said claim in said  sum on or before  said date,
we  shall be compelled to  institute  the necessary    legal  action
against you  in  a civil   suit  to  recover the  said   sum of money
together with expenses  and costs.
Please  give  thismatter your immediate attention.
