In regard to Sun room mantel jambs, the face of pilasters is slightly hollow, so if we reduce jamb to 8 3/4n it will give tti all ^re need for carving. Make Bath room §1 base like mantel as you and I planned using S thickness. I believe you said thia would not add much if any to cost over 2" slab.
