James Roosevelt (D-26) looks admiringly at the poster of H. Kaye Dyall, of 407 Brett Street, Inglewood, who won fourth prize in the 1958 National Matritime Poster Contest. the Inglewood High School student's entry competed against some 7,000 students' work in all sections of the country. Dyall's poster was chosen from among 1,054 posters chosen for final judging. National Maritime Day will be observed May 22".
