For Immediate Release (4-9-58). Public Relations Master -- Sheriff Eugene Biscailuz tonight received the 1958 Special Achievement Award of the Southern California Chapter of the Public Relations Society for his outstanding PR accomplishments during his long law enforcement career. Presentation was made by H. Dixon Trueblood, local PRSA chapter president, and Kenneth Haagensen, PRSA national president from Milwaukee, Wis. during 9th Annual Public Relations Conference at the Ambassador Hotel.
