Description	Photograph of an architectural drawing of the proposed new Los Angeles County Courthouse. "County Court House -- Above is a sketch of the new County Court House facing Temple Street between Hill and Grand Avenue. It will replace the old County Court House which was seriously damaged by the 1933 earthquake and subsequently condemned and torn down. It will cost 11-million-dollars" -- typed note attached to verso. "County Courthouse -- Sketch of the new $ 11,000,000 structure to go up on Temple street between Hill and Grand avenue. It will replace the old County House which was seriously damaged by the 1933 earthquake and subsequently condemned and torn down. None of the projects is expected to be complete before 1952" -- Examiner clipping attached to verso, dated, "February 26, 1950". "A.C. Lis Smith County Photographer [Board] of Supervisors" -- stamped on verso.
