Description	Photograph of an architectural drawing depicting the Tishman Building at Wilshire Boulevard and Flower Street, Los Angeles. A note in the lower left corner reads, "Victor Gruen & Associates and Daniel, Mann Johnson & Mendelhall, Associated Architects and Engineers". A note in the lower right corner reads, "Tishman Realty & Construction Co. Inc. Owner & builder since 1898".; "Hubbard 3-7588. New silhouette on the Los Angeles downtown sky line will be the above 22 story office building, to be constructed by the Tishman realty & Construction Co., Inc., directly opposite the General Petroleum building at Wilshire and Flower. The first rental office building to be erected in the downtown area since World War II,, its façade will be colored glass spandrels set off by polished aluminum. A major feature will be a zoned air conditioning system permitting individual tenant adjustment of room temperatures. Construction is scheduled to get under way January 2, 1959" -- typed note attached to verso. "Drawing depicts structure. Building will be ready for occupancy in 1959" -- Examiner clipping attached to verso, dated, "September 18, 1958". "Please credit Gordon Sommers photography. 135 South Doheny Drive, Beverly Hills, California. Re-order No. 8028-1; L.A. Examiner, all year, page 12, date-" -- stamped on verso.; Streetscape.
