Description	Photograph of an architectural model of a new 13-story Tishman Building to be located at 3325 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles. "Shown at groundbreaking ceremonies is above model of new 13-story height limit building to be located at 3324 Wilshire Blvd. on the northeast corner of Catalina Street at a building cost in excess of $4,000,000 by Tishman realty & Construction Co., Inc. New York. The steel, aluminum and glass structure will feature a 5-level garage for 350 cars and a rentable floor area of 203,000 square feet. A unique feature of the completely air conditioned building will be the vertical aluminum louvers for the entire height of the building on the east and west sides. Aluminum sun shades on the north and south sides will complete a system of sun control. Victor Gruen and Associates are architects fir this project. Occupancy is scheduled for December of this year. Walter N. Marks will be in charge of national rental activity for the new project" -- typed note attached to verso. Verso dated, "June 8, 1955".
