Caption: Ceremonies marking the completion of the first step of the Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street Million Dollar Glamorurization Program were held at the corner of Hollywood and Vine this morning. A throng of people, gathered for the occasion, watched the ceremonies conducted by Host Chill Wills. Participating in the ceremonies from left to right were: Stars Peggy Castle; Chill Wills; Lori Nelson; A.E. England, President of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce; and E.M. Stuart, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hollywood Improvement Association. The ceremonies will be culminated Wednesday night with the premiere of 'Giant' at the Grauman's Chinese Theatre".
