Description	Photograph of a drawing. "Newly started $425,000 office building, southwest corner of Western Avenue and San Marino Street, Los angeles, being erected by Excel Construction Company for owners Arnold Provisor, Sidney Bloom and Sam Weitzman. Design is by Architect David Wilkes, AIA. It will be one of largest frame-stucco-masonry structures of its kind in the city, according to sponsors." -- Examiner clipping attached to verso, dated 1 September 1957. "$360,000 office building to be built for Provisor & Bloom, at Western & San Marino Avenue, San Marino." -- handwritten on verso.
