Plans were prepared in the architectural and engineering firm of Faxon, Gruys & Sayler. Project is under the direction of William Simpson Construction Company. -- Exterior wall materials include natural brick with extensive use of decorative tile panels, as well as colored metal sunshades to protect the lower floor glass areas. -- All interior areas are air conditioned, and upper offices have been grouped around a landscaped, skylighted patio.
