The project will be undertaken by the McCulloch Corp., said the new commercial center will include three office buildings and a restaurant on a full block of land bounded by Century and Sepulveda Boulevards, 98th street and Vicksburg Avenue. Construction of the first two structures -- a 12 story office building and a singe story restaurant -- will begin next November. These will be joined later by a second office building 11 and 12 stories high, and a third building of lower height. Building of the 13 story 1000 room hotel, which will have an adjoining 200-room motel, will begin within two years, it was said.
