Description	Photograph of the Norwood Hotel on Pico Boulevard and Flower Street, Los Angeles. "The Norwood Hotel, Pico boulevard and Flower Street, has been purchased from John W. Spinks by a syndicate headed by Joseph H. Gluckstein, president, and Morris Gluckstein, secretary-treasurer, with Paul E. Walker, realty broker, representing both parties. The three-story brick structure has 100 rooms, with eight stores occupying the ground floor" -- typed note attached to verso.; "Norwood Hotel, Pico at Flower, bought by Joseph H. & Morris Gluckstein for $125,000" -- handwritten note on verso. "Stiller - Rouse & Assoc. / 6399 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles 48, Calif." -- stamped on verso. Verso dated, "January 7, 1953" -- stamped on verso.; Streetscape.
