Description	Photograph of an architectural drawing of a proposed 20,000 square foot medical building to be built for the Facey Medical Group, which will include twelve medical specialty suites, a prescription pharmacy, and two dental suites. "Plans have been completed for a new 20,000 square-foot building for the Facey Medical Group, now practicing at 417 South Brand Blvd. in San Fernando, it was announced recently by Robert A. Schuster, group business manager. First phase of the project, to be situated on three and one-half acre site at the intersections of Stranwood and Sepulveda, will include 12 medical specialty suites, a prescription pharmacy and two dental suits.; Designed by the architectural firm of Rochlin & Baran A.I.A., medical building specialists, the layout never before used in a group practice building, emphasizes the division of jointly and privately used areas. All mutually used areas and equipment are gathered into a central core flanked by specialty suits which radiate away from the center. The core includes business offices, record rooms and ancillary services; laboratory, ekg and b[a?]r rooms x-ray, minor surgery and central supply. Also part of the central unit are radiologist reading and waiting rooms, physiotherapy rooms, doctors' lounge and nurses' lounge" -- typed note attached to verso, dated, "November 29, 1960".; Streetscape.
