Description	Photograph. Skyline addition -- With exterior construction work finished, the new headquarters building for the Signal Oil & Gas Company at Seventh Street and Beaudry Avenue makes an addition to the Los Angeles skyline. The $5 million, 16-story building, in which some lease space is still available, is racing toward an early summer completion date. Designed by Charles Luckman Associates, the building is being developed by C.L. Peck, Jr. and Robert S. Norman of the North Brand Company. C.L. Peck is the general contractor.
