Description	"Two More Height Limit Tishman Buildings to Rise on Wilshire Boulevard -- Shown above is architect Victor Gruen and Associates' rendering of the new 13-story buildings to be built immediately by the Tishman Realty & Construction Company, Inc. of New York on the north side of Wilshire Boulevard and which will occupy the entire frontage of the block between Normandie and Ardmore Boulevards. Also shown is completed steel work of present height-limit Tishman building rising on Northeast corner of Catalina and Wilshire Boulevard. Previously completed at 3440-3450-3460 Wilshire Boulevard are three other height-limit Tishman buildings with all buildings providing over 1,500,000 square feet of office space. Walter N. Marks, 3460 Wilshire Blvd., is exclusive leasing agent for all the Tishman Los Angeles buildings" -- clipping attached to verso. A Cut Order No. 15143 attached to verso. "Victor Gruen, archite[ct]" -- stamped on verso. Verso dated, "January 7, 1956".; Streetscape. Horizontal photography.
