Description	Unto ye heavenly garden of knowledge, 1992, Santa Monica Freeway (10) WB (near National Boulevard exit). Decorative images of angels, birds, lilies and embryo are juxtaposed with symbols of hard science books, a microscope and the caduceus medical logo. The mural is bounded by two painted red ribbons, representing the fight against AIDS. In acrylic, 195' x 13' by Russell Carlton. Sponsored by SEARCH Alliance -- Dunitz, Street gallery, rev. 2nd ed., p. 183, #44. According to the Google Maps street view image, the mural does not exist anymore (as of November 2011).
