Description	Evolution, East Los Angeles, 1974. Alfonso Perez Special Education Center, 4540 Michigan Avenue (at North Ford Boulevard). In the center the sun is surrounded by a primordial-like sea full of simple sea creatures. Dinosaurs are on the far right. On the far left is a futuristic image with a skyscraper and monorail. Elsewhere on campus there are several exterior murals, done over the past five years by teachers and students as part of a school beautification project.
