Die Fotos stammen ursprünglich von ihm."; "13 images - negatives and enlargements - handed over by Mrs Erika Wertz in1983. Mrs Wertz is a daughter-in-law of J. Wertz, BV 1592, Ghana missionary of the Basel Mission, and the photographs presumably originated with him.; Note: "9 Fotos (Neg. & Vergr.) Ghana von kurz vor dem ersten Weltkrieg und d. Zwischenkriegszeit. Herkunft: Miss. J. Wertz, BV 1292, durch seine Tochter Erika Wertz, 1983. 1984/13."; Note translation: "9 photographs (negatives and enlargements) Ghana from before the First World War and the inter-war period. From the papers of J. Wertz, BV 1592. handed over by his daughter Erika Wertz, 1983. See 1984/13." - NB the information on the annotations above is probably more reliable! (PJ 10.2001).; Note: Nur moderne Abzüge vorhanden.
