Description	Annotation translation: "At the funeral of the Queen Mother."; Annotation: "B.d. Toten-Feier d. Königin Mutter."; Note: "Die Königin Mutter Njapandunke starb 1913." (Ch. M. Geary/ Ndam Njoya 1985:83). - Peter Valentin remarks to this picture: note two of the drums are "male" drums, and one "female" - the sexual symbolism is quite clear here. Judging by the clothing I suggest that the dancers have come from the Western grassfields (PV 02.2002).; Note translation: "Queen Mother Njapandunke died in 1913." (C.M. Geary/Ndam Njoya 1985:83).
