Description	La Frere Coadjuteur Blaise Marmoiton y fut tue (1847). Deux fois chasses, les Peres revinrent." ("The Brother Coadjuteur Blaise Marmoiton was killed in 1847. Twice chased away, the Fathers returned.") The postcard shows an artistic representation of a martyred missionary father lying on the ground and two indigenous children praying for him.; The postcard was issued by the "Missions Maristes de Nouvelle-Caledonie" a Catholic missions agency. The back of the postcard is blank and contains printed information from the publisher: "Sous-Procure des Missions - 6, Rue de Bagneux, Paris-VIe.
