Title	A group of missionaries taking tea, Xiamen, China ca. 1890
Description	The Revd. John Talmage and Mrs Talmage of the American (Dutch) Reformed Church Mission taking tea outside their home in Amoy [Xiamen] with a group of young women missionaries. John Talmage served for 45 years in the Amoy [Xiamen] mission field, arriving in 1847.; A set of group photographs taken in the Amoy [Xiamen] mission field ca. 1890-1910. Groups include missionaries from the American (Dutch) Reformed Church, the London Missionary Society, and English Presbyterian Mission. The Xiamen mission field included Xiamen, Chuan-chow [Quanzhou], Chang-chow [Zhangzhou], Chang-pu [Zhangpu] and ?Sio-klu districts.
