(RI).; Note translation: This image may date from before or after Mischlich's dismissal from the Basel Mission - probably from before, if he is shown in the place, "Bismarckburg" in the Adele region, where the Basel Mission had a mission station for a short time. Mischlich later became an important authority on Hausa language and culture. (PJ 9/98).
