Title	The Church, Mamre, South Africa, 1930
Description	"Die Mamre'er Kirche nach dem Gottesdienst." ("The church of Mamre after the church service."). On the right of the picture part of the left side of the church building. In front of it and on the left a large group of men, women and children of African origin. Trees in the background. Written on the card board: "Br. Baudert 1930." ("Br[other] Baudert 1930.").; The picture was probably taken by Samuel Baudert (1879-1956), born as son of the missionary Samuel Baudert in South Africa. He was the mission director of the Herrnhuter Brüdergemeine from 1924 to 1927 and since 1929 their bishop. It might also be possible that the picture was taken by Eugen Theodor Baudert (1876-1953) who worked as a lecturer at the theological seminar in Mvenyane.
