Chronology (English)	finished the Institute of Forestry; studied at the Sorbonne University; from 1899 - under surveillance of the secret police as a Socialist Revolutionary; from 1900 - the editor and publisher of the newspapers "Iuzhnaia Rossiia" (Southern Russia), which was previously published under the title "Iuzhanin" (Southerner) in Nikolaev and "Syn Otechestva" (The Son of the Fatherland) in Petersburg; from November 1904 till the end of 1905 - the publisher of a daily radical newspaper "Nashi dni" (Our Days) launched instead of the suspended "Syn Otechestva" which was closed for publishing the Workers' Manifesto; 1905 - editor and publisher of the satirical journal "Zhupel" (Bugbear); 1907 - imprisoned for one year as an editor (together with G.I. Shreider); 1908-1913 - emmigrated; 1913 - returned after the amnesty; 1917 -became the commissioner of Kherson province and councilor of the Kherson city Duma; 1919 - appointed commissioner of Nikolaev; 1920 - left the city of Nikolaev with Denikin's army; immigrated to Germany; 1922 - published a collections of stories "V tumane" (In the Fog) in Berlin; 1925 - published a drama "Zapoved' zhizni" (The Commandment of Life); place and date of death unknown.
Chronology (Cyrillic)	oкончил Лесной институт; учился в Сорбонне; c 1899 - поднадзорный, эсер; c 1900 - редактор-издатель газет "Южная Россия" (pаньше выходила под названием "Южанин") в Николаеве и "Сын Отечества" в Петербурге; ноябрь 1904 - конец 1905 - издатель ежедневнoй газеты радикального направления "Наши дни", взамен приостановленного "Сына Отечества" (закрыта за напечатание манифеста рабочих депутатов); 1905 - редактор-издатель сатирического журнала "Жупел"; 1907 - как редактор осужден на год заключения в крепости (вместе с Г. И. Шрейдером); 1908 - 1913 - эмигрировал; 1913 - вернулся после амнистии; 1917 - херсонский губернский комиссар и гласный городской думы; 1919 - комиссар Николаева; 1920 - покинул город с деникинскими войсками; эмигрировал в Германию; 1922 - опубликовал сборник рассказов "В тумане" в Берлине; 1925 - написал драму "Заповедь жизни" в Париже; дата и место смерти неизвестны.
