Glenn A. Stanton January 21, 1982 page two Just to review our first conversation, each of the four leasees paid the January, 1980 fee according to the old rate schedule. No fees have been collected since that time. As a group, tha leasees hired an attorney who smt a letter to my husband at his address, protesting the increased fee. I do not know the grounds upon which this was based, since I never saw the letter and have been unable to obtain a copy of it. The ranch title was originally held by my husband, Richard, and myself, but in November 1980 he quitclaimed the property to me in order to protect it from actions initiated by his first wife. As a matter which might be of interest to you, none of the four cabins were constructed exactly in accordance with the building provisions listed in the lease agreement. Minor discrepancies have occurred in each case, but I believe none of these discrepancies have been challenged since the original leases went into effect. Since it appears that we both are quite busy, I hope we will be able to discuss most of these questions over the telephone. My number is (209) 638-9914. If J do not hear from you or you are unable to reach me by the end of next week, J will contact your office. I will be looking forward to talking with you. Sincerely, Lois Deeter
