that perticular ranch and had kept his eye on it for many years, that he was a christian, and wanted to be a part of what we were doing, that money was not our main goal in life and he wanted to be there bad enough that if necessary he would work for free. He assured me that we could work together, if I only wouldn't talk so much. He would teach me to run his equipment. That he had a "special relationship with Lois, in that he could confide in her." that Lois could help him understand things that he did not feel comfortable discussing with anyone else. When I asked him what things, he became vague, "you know, girls and stuff!" Obviously, he did not feel comfortable talking to me about the "and stuff", I still didn't give in! Finally, Lois began questioning my decision. My decision was correct, and my reasons were sound and valid. David Tribble could promise me the world but my decision was sound. Finally, she stated that,"I need him here." Only her request could change my mind. 42. On or about May 1, 1981 David Tribble moved in. He pitched a tent near ten mile creek, approximately one-fourth mile from the tent house that I was building. I had leveled the ground, and built a raised, piered floor using 4x6 floor joists and 20 2x 12 x 25 foot floor boards. We had approximately 4oo square feet. When David Tribble saw it even he was delighted.with my work. David Tribble had two days of moneys owed to him from Bob Marr and volunteered to have Bob a carpenter come and help us frame the house. 43. Bob and I framed the house on 16 inch centers. I wraped it with 6 mill black plastic for privacy and screened the windows. David built the interior walls, shelves, and built the two doors. 44. On or about May 15, 1981 Wick's road building crew under the direction of Ardian Crose of Miramonte requested to be allowed to park their equipment on our ranch near the Hugenroth's cabin which they did. 45. On or about May 21, 1981 several of Wick's employees came to remove the equipment. I offered them coffee and brought it out to them. In the conversation
