X addition, shall be entitled to have the children for any days in 2 the month of September of each year up to five days prior to the com 3 mencement of school. The remainder of the visitation order of 4 March 7, 19 80 shall remain in effect as ordered. 5 The Court orders that Respondent post a bond which shall be 6 enforceable to reimburse Petitioner for all reasonable expenses 7 including attorney's fees caused as a result of Respondent's 8 absconding with the children of the parties contrary to any 9 custody and visitation orders in effect. Said bond shall be in 10 the amount of $5,000 if a corporate surety bond is posted or 11 $10,000 if Respondent files a personal bond secured by his real 12 property. The bond shall be enforceable in like manner as the sale 13 of real property under writ of execution and may be cancelled or 14 a substitute surety used upon a showing for good cause 15 Respondent shall pay to Petitioner's attorney, KENNETH S. BIELY 16 the sum of $350 to apply toward fees and costs 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 -3- JUDGE OF THE SUPERIOR COURT
