I f -5- SALAZAR AND SMITH TRADE-PACT IN DISGUISE The announcement of the Portuguese Trade-pact with the Rhodesian Government did not surprise us at all, since we have been expecting a trade-pact of that nature to take place as soon as the racist government of Verwoerd agreed to sign a trade-pact in disguise with the notorious Prime minister of Rhodesia, Smith. The settlers of Southern Africa are having a hard time from the nationaist leaders of Southern Africa, who are demanding national independence in their God-given land, as such they are endeavouring by all means to resist the fierce storm of revolu- tion which is threatening their position in Africa. It is quite clear that, the Salazar, Smith and Vervored Trade-Pacts are aimed at blocking the way for nationalist movements of Mozambique, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Angola. As such we the natinalist leaders of Southern Africa must unite our forces and consolidate our efforts in a united front to confront the three enemies of Africa Salazar, Smith and
