Eg GililAT IMPERIALIST PLOT.
The  Portuguese   colonialists  and their American,   British
and "7est German imperialist allies  have   concocted yet another plat
in their  continuing conspiracy to preserve  the  Portuguese   colonialist
oppression of   the Mozambican People.
BackeB by American,   British  and "'/est  German capital,   the
Portuguese  regime  has made  a plan to  bring one  million Portuguese
settlers  to Mozambique   over the  next ten years.   This   immigration
is  to  be   tied  in with Portuguese plans  for the   development  of  the
Zambezi Valley,   as     announced in the  British newspaper  "Observer
of  2/10/1966.
By establishing a huge  Portuguese  armed settler population
in Mozambique,   the  Portuguese  and their allies  hope   to  duplicate
the   situation existing already in South Africa  and make   it,   as  they
think,   almost impossible   for the  Mozambican People   to   liberate
themselves.
Never  the   less,   this  plot  is  doomed to failure.   The
Mozambican People  will  always  continue  to fight the   colonialists
and to  liquidate   them,   until  they are  finally and totally defeated.

Everyone   is having the   opportunity to  observe   the plot s
and manoevres  of   Sduardo Mondlane   and his FR'SLIUO  clique   as  they
reveal  themselves more  and more  a0 friends  and allies  of  the
settlers  in Mozambique.   These   are   the   gentlemen who  are  so
throughly assimilated to  the  so-called Portuguese   "civilization"
that they can never seperate  themselves  from, the  Portuguese
oppressor.  Indeed,   as  is  well-known,   it  is precisely this  clique
which feao  always   served &g  c> prime  tool  of Portuguese   oolonialism.
It  is  now more  and more   obvious     that the  FEiXIMO
clique   is  working to  try to establish an oligarchy of  the   class
f0It!ed by the Ass  imilados,  Mulattos,   Indians  and Portuguese
settlers,   in the  hope  that they can continue  the  exploitation of"
the Mozambican People,   once   the   control  of Lisbon is  removed.
This*   of  course,   is  why the   leadership  of FRSLIMO,   is
increasingly composed of Mulattos,   Indians,   and Portuguese*   This
is  the  reason for  the   secret contacts  made   by 3duard0 Mondlane
during his  recent  3 months  trip  in America  and Europe.
Whether the  Portuguese  regime   in Lisbon will  agree  with
Mondlane  and the Americans  and accept  to  install  a  settler regime
in Mozambique  under Mondlane  and including a few Mulattos  and Indiana
is  still  unknown. Anyway we advise  them to  remember that the Americano
