(3 B) Resolutions Passes by the First Annual Confrence of the MOZAMBIQUE REVOLUTIONARY COMMITTEE- COREMO.,,. A.Considering the prevailing conditions in the struggle for the liberation of Mozambique, and the Impediments imposed by our diversified enemies; B.-Conscious to the fact that our struggle cah be v/on ONLY through intensification of a people's ARMED STRUGGLE at home and total collaboration with other Revolutionary movements, thror^gh^ut the Wo rid; and C- determined to uproot the Portuguese imperialism and neo-colonialism and all vestiges of foreign domination. The first annual confrence of the Mozambique Revolutionary Committee which met from I2th.To I6th.May,1966 in Lusaka Republic nf Gambia passed the following resolution:- 1- Strongly condems the Portuguese'war of genocide and indiscriminate butchering of innocent people of Mozambique and other Portuguese colonies. 2- Declares' unequivocally>the support of the people of Mozambique to other revolutionary-movements throughout the World are tirelessly fighting &£&&£&& against imperialism colonialism and all vestiges of foreign domination. 3_jJhat the Provisional Action Council cf COREMO v/hich was formed in June,1965 should be disolved. 4~ That the ^lag which v/as drawn and approved by our heroic and dedicated fighters who were and are still engaged in the front line shoul be unanimously approved. 5- That the graft Constitution should be approved. 6- That the* Badge consisting of map Mozambique,a Commder in combat position holding COREMO'S flag on the left hand with inscriptions■ 1COREMO'below should be approved. 7- ^hat the draft internal regulations should be approved. 8- That the Party programe should be unanimously approved. 9- That a new Central Committee shoulg be elected. 10- That the Provisional. Headquaters of COREMO should forthv/ithly be established only v/ithin Mozambique at any place approved by the central Committe and all other offices including Zambia shall be known as External Principal Missions headed by Representatives appoited by the central committee. 11- Tha't armed 'struggle be intensified withestrict application of self reliance but not neglecting soliciting of all types rf assistance from other revolutionary movements and peace loving peoples and nations of
