action of Association business is fixed at 74-0 South Western
Avenue, Los Angeles, California.
The annual meeting will be held in the month of January
of each year. Further meetings may be held at such a
time and place as shall be designated by the Manager at
the request of the Chairman, or by five members. Members
shall be given five days notice of all membership meetings.
A quorum shall consist of a majority of the active
members, and a quorum being present, action may be taken
upon the affirmative vote of those present.
At the annual meeting the Board of Directors are
elected for one year. There shall be at least twelve members
and not less than fifteen members elected from the
membership. The directors shall be members of the Association
or representatives thereof. Selected from the Board
of Directors there shall be a Chairman, a Vice Chairman,
and a Secretary-Treasurer for the Association membership.
The Manager of the Association shall be employed by
and serve at the pleasure of the membership, He shall
administer the affairs of the Association. Under the direction
of the Board of Directors in accordance to the purposes
and By-Laws of the Association setforth. The Manager's
function shall be generally advisory as described in ! the purpose and By-Laws of the Association.
