The above program is based on logical system of harmony. It should be possible to obtain full employment j and a higher standard of living within a period of twenty | years as it has been previously said.1 Employment will i start rising in the initial stage Itself. It should be i the objective of economic policy and industrial planning to create the condition of production and relationship ' between the different groups for a vision of hope and better achievements. The adjustments to the program of the resources mobilization, monetary credit and commercial policies have been encouraged in the framework of planning. The dependence upon the deficit financing as a method of forced savings should be kept to a minimum, so it would affect within a limited range of economy. ^•Refer to Chapter VIII, p. 185 of this thesis._______
