Description | Quetzalcoatl-Plumed serpent, City Terrace, 1972. "Undoubtedly one of the most powerful wall paintings in East Los Angeles is Willie Herron's 'Feathered Serpent.' He combined existing graffiti with a design that looks at once Mexican and Oriental.
