There is no indication that there was ever another album entitled "Pictures from Cameroon II". Unfortunately there are no captions (except in the case of 5 photographs at the end which are duplicates of pictures found in other parts of the collection). Many of the photographs reproduced here also exist in the "official collection", but many images can only be found here, so that the album deserves careful attention by anyone studying this photographer or the Cameroon Grassfields in detail. Note that at least two images (QE-30.006.0032&0033) were taken in the new Fumban palace built during or just after the First World War. Note also that the pictures are grouped thematically - e.g. landscapes, family portraits, portraits of individual women, portraits of individual men are grouped together (PJ 11.2001). - The re-photographing was less successful here than in many parts of the collection. You can only be sure that you are seeing the whole of an image if white frames appear on the screen. Otherwise there is a possibility that pictorial information from the extreme margins of the prints is not visible for you.
